1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Sahal Digital Address System, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Use of the Platform
The platform is intended for registering, locating, and navigating to buildings across Somalia. You agree not to register false or inaccurate building, household, or vehicle information. Sahal covers all cities and districts nationwide.
3. Agent Responsibilities
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of buildings, households, and vehicles they register. Fraudulent or duplicate registrations may result in suspension of agent access and reversal of commissions.
4. Household & Vehicle Registration
Users may register their household (head, family members) and vehicles (car, bajaj, motorcycle) linked to their Sahal Digital Address. You are responsible for providing accurate information. Vehicle number plates and owner details are used by NISA and Police for security verification.
5. Security & Law Enforcement Use
The Security Lookup Portal is restricted to authorized NISA, Police, and security personnel. All address lookups, plate scans, and district density views are logged for accountability. Misuse of security access results in immediate termination and legal action.
6. Intellectual Property
All address codes, system logic, visual design, and platform software are the intellectual property of Sahal Digital Address System. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Payments & Commissions
Payment plans and commission rates are set by administrators. Sahal reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sahal is not liable for any inaccuracies in address data, navigation errors, or service interruptions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws of the Federal Republic of Somalia. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or relevant legal channels.
