We collect location data (GPS coordinates), building type, photos, and contact details (name, phone) when you register a building. For household registration, we collect head of household details (name, gender, date of birth, national ID, phone, occupation, photo), all family members (name, relationship, gender, DOB, marital status, photo), and vehicle information (type, make, plate number, color, owner details, photos). For staff accounts, we collect username, password, and role.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used to generate unique digital address codes, enable navigation, support emergency services, improve urban planning, and maintain a national household and vehicle database for security and government planning. Household and vehicle data is accessible to authorized security personnel (NISA, Police) for law enforcement and emergency response. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing & Security Access
Approved address data (building type, location, address code) may be publicly visible. Household member details, vehicle information, and national IDs are accessible only to authorized administrators, agents, and security personnel (NISA, Police) through the Security Lookup Portal. Personal contact details are not publicly visible.
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Staff authentication is verified server-side. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. Security audit logs are maintained for all address lookups and plate scans performed by security personnel.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to save your session role and offline-queued data. No advertising cookies are used.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Registered buildings, households, and vehicles may be updated or deactivated by administrators upon request.
